Yes. Please contact us directly, explain your requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs.
What materials are used in production?
The materials depend on the product you choose. However, we are constantly increasing the range of different materials, and we guarantee that they meet the highest quality standards.
How long does it take to produce my order?
Most of the products are usually produced and dispatched within two business days after the order has been placed. Large custom orders might take up to 5 business days, but in such case you will be informed about this.
How do I place an order?
You can either make your sign from scratch on our design page or select one of our ready-made signs and adapt it to your requirements. Open the design tool and select the desired type of product. Then customize the product according to your requirements and add it to basket. Once you have added your signs to the shopping cart, you can go to the checkout and pay for your items.
How can I track the status of my order?
After you have placed your order, it is automatically sent directly to the production. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. Also, this will include the tracking number so you could track your parcel in transit. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, with your order ID.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on many factors, such as production time, delivery service you choose and the destination country. The time from placing the order to receiving it, might vary from 3 to 21 business days. However, most of our orders with standard shipping are delivered within a week.
What methods of payment do you accept?
There are three payment options to choose from: 1. Credit card - entering your credit card details into the box. (Please note: we do not collect and store any personal credit card information) 2. PayPal - being redirected to the PayPal website to complete the purchase with your PayPal account or credit card. 3. Pay by Invoice (companies only) - by agreeing to pay for the goods within 30 days after completing the purchase.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping fee will depend on the weight of the order and the shipping method you choose. You can check the estimated shipping cost at the Checkout page.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
You can only change the shipping address while your order is still in production. Please fill the contact form or e-mail us as soon as possible Our representatives will correct your shipping address and send you a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options.
What is your return policy?
We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Shipping fee will not be refunded if the items are made and prepared in the correct way. However, we will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. To receive a full refund, if eligible, please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition. This return policy does not apply to custom or personalized products.
What is your return/exchange process?
Before taking any steps on returning/exchanging the item, please contact us and include an explanation for the reason for your return. Our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible, and provide the exact returns/exchanges instructions.
